Vendors

Vendors will be provided a table to display and distribute information to attendees.  The following are the costs associated.  We have several Tiers available at which to register.  Please pay particular attention to the descriptions to see where your agency may be able to register. 

 

All vendors receive a table for 2 staff members.  Tables are 6' in length.  Vendors must supply table coverings. Placement of tables will be assigned by Youth First Committee members unless you select a sponsorship tier as noted below. 

 

Registration includes both breakfast and lunch.  We look forward to working with you!

GENERAL REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

Vendors must provide table coverings - they will not be provided.  

Also, vendors will be able to set up the night prior to the conference on Thursday, February 8th, from 4pm to 6pm! 

 

Vendor Registration Tier Descriptions & Fees

Tier 1 - $75.00
Tier 1 vendors are limited to local non-profit agencies who provide free services, or services on a sliding-fee scale.

Tier N - $175.00
Limited to First-time Vendors!

Tier 2 - Regular Registration - $350.00
General registration for local for-profit & other non-profit agencies.
 

Tier 3 - Bronze Sponsor - $500.00
Bronze Sponsors will receive:
• Small company logo on signage;
• Half-page color advertisement in participant directory; and
• Company recognition during event opening remarks.

Tier 4 - Silver Sponsor - $750.00
Silver Sponsors will receive:
• Company logo on signage;
• Full-page color advertisement in participant directory; and
• Company recognition during event opening remarks.

Tier 5 - Gold Sponsor - $1,000.00
Gold Sponsor will receive:
• Large company logo on signage;
• Full-page color advertisement in participant directory;
• Company recognition during event opening remarks; and
• Choice of table location at the event.

Tier 6 - Platinum Sponsor - $1,500.00
Platinum Sponsor will receive:
• Company logo on session banner and all signage;
• Full-page color advertisement in participant directory;
• Company recognition during event opening remarks & session introduction; and
• Choice of table location at the event.
